This remote is good for the price. The problem with this is that is very hard to unplug the battery to be charged.

Got these for Christmas, they didn’t arrive with charger. Company was nice an sent a replacement in a decent time frame. My boys love these racing around my house.

It was really nice for my brother

My twin 4 yo grandsons only got the cars 5 days ago so I can't speak about their durability.But I did my research before purchasing them and this pair of remote control race cars seemed to be the best that Amazon had to offer for young children. Unlike the set that was recommended to us (which only went forward, backwards, but then only to the left, so we didn't get it) this pair of cars went in all directions and the remote control was based on straightforward common sense--meaning that forward means forward and left means left, etc.--so they were easy for 4 yo's (and grandmothers) to learn to control and maneuver very quickly.The kids had a ball! And so did we grandparents!

For these so the 7 and 11 year old could race. Single speed. Very light. Simple controls. Would be great for 5-7 year olds. The kids don’t play with it after 1 day.
