Cooks Standard Stainless Steel Roaster Pan with V-Shaped Rack, 16-Inch by 13-Inch Turkey Roasting Pan Bakeware for Oven, Rectangular

I finally broke down and bought a large roasting pan after decades of splitting larger batches of food between two medium-sized ones. I needed one with vertical handles to fit my oven, and after comparison I chose this one, and I'm very satisfied with it after several uses. It is solid, but not overly heavy, and it holds a lot of food for making big batches. It is also very deep - deeper than I can imagine ever needing. It cleans easily, and if you want it perfectly shiny, a little Bar Keeper's friend works great. I have not use the rack yet, but it is very sturdy. I'll try it the next time I made a pernil for a family gathering. This is an excellent pan at a good price, and it's everything I need it to be. I'm glad I did not spend more.

By far, the best roaster I’ve ever had and I’ve been cooking for 40+ years.Accommodates 20lb. turkey nicely.Very solid, heavy (but not too heavy) and easy to clean. That might be the best feature. All is needed is the scrub side of the kitchen sponge, (no Bon Ami needed whatsoever), and it retains it’s shine.Well worth the money.

I use this roaster pan for making roasted tomato sauce. The pan is deep, so there's never any overflow in the oven. Then I often finish the sauce by cooking it down on top of the gas stove. This pan handles the gas heat beautifully! The sturdy handles make it easy to grip. I have only used the pan 3 times..just got it last week. But it cleans up BEAUTIFULLY! Nothing has stuck to it and it even cleans easily around the handle attachment area. Everything washes up easily and the shine is wonderful! I'm so happy with this pan I plan to order others of the same brand in the future.

I've been wanting to get a small roasting pan for years to replace the one my wife inexplicably threw out after the nonstick surface of the rack peeled off. I never found one that I really liked until now. This one doesn't have the sloping sides my old one did but I'll live with that. I decided to go stainless steel instead of nonstick since nonstick just doesn't last. This one (14" x 12") is a good size for everything I might roast including a normal size turkey (no birdzilla for me) and it's just a tad bigger than my old one. I like that the rack has no cross bars on the working area since those intersections are notoriously difficult to clean. I haven't used it yet but plan to soon. It's clear that this is well made and will outlast me. The reason I took off one star was that the first one I received had scratches on the rounded edges of the bottom of the pan. I got a replacement via Amazon in one day and the replacement was pristine. Such a beautiful pan! I can't wait to try it out.

I looked at many roasters to replace my ancient pan whose nonstick surface had long ago peeled off.I knew I didn’t want another nonstick, and I can’t stand a flimsy pan.This is just perfect. Very, sturdy, feels like a much more expensive pan. Cleans up beautifully.Highly recommend No need to spend more.

I needed a larger roasting pan to hold a 20-lb (or larger) turkey. After much searching, I landed on this one. Although I haven’t used it yet, it seems sturdy (although a bit heavy). The handles are 3” tall so no worries about losing your grip as you remove the pan from the oven. The rack also has handles, making it easier to remove your turkey or roast if you’re going to prepare gravy in the pan. The inverted rack will keep my Thanksgiving turkey secure from counter to oven to counter again. The product stamp on the bottom of the pan shows that it’s 18/10 stainless steel.

Looks really nice. I like that it's wider than most roasting pans of the same length. Rack is fine, could be a bit more rounded, but whatever. I suppose a rack is cheap to replace if I decide I really care. I haven't had any problems putting it on the stovetop in terms of damage, no warps, pits, etc.. If that changes, I'll update. Understand, it is not plied with aluminum, so the heating surface does not heat evenly like a skillet or saucepan would, you have to really pay attention using it on the stovetop because of that. Regular cleaning is as easy as any other stainless steel I've dealt with. You obviously will have to put in a little work to keep it looking close to as nice as it does new, if that matters to you. I hit it with some barkeepers helper every few months and that does the trick to my standards.

I got rid of a too large roasting pan last year. I thought I’d be able to use a pan or braiser I already had for the Thanksgiving turkey, but both were too small. I considered the roasting pans from Williams Sonoma, but the prices were too high for something I’ll use only occasionally. I considered the disposable ones from the market, but I wanted something sturdy with handles.I looked at multiple options on Amazon, and this had the attributes I wanted—stainless steel, V shaped rack, riveted handles, right size. The 12.4 lb. turkey fit perfectly and cooked beautifully. The roaster is very sturdy and is easy to clean and store. The only minor negative is that parts of the included pamphlet were written or translated by someone not fluent in English, but they are still understandable. This is a very nice roaster and an excellent value.

Solid, attractive pan with roasting rack. It would be a 5+ star rating if it came with a lid. I am glad that I decided to purchase this. It cleaned up well after use and looks like it will last.

I didn’t notice at first that this was an international delivery, so took a little while to come. But so worth the wait. A heavy, very heavy duty roaster that’s easy to wash and looks amazing.
