Bear Mini claims it's not supposed to shock but it Shocks. I tried placing more serum but it didn't help. It shocks more on the forehead area, maybe because it's closer to the hair line or because skin is thinner there. The "serum serum serum" didn't absorb as well as my serums. I didn't get to the UFO Mini 2 for the mask treatment part so I can't comment on that. I had figured this combo was a better deal than buying separately but not if I'm not going to be using the Bear Mini. Will be returning this today.

I bought the LUNA play smart 2 & Microfoam Cleanser for my daughter when it was on sale at an earlier time and set the box it arrived in into her room. When she returned from her work abroad, months after the purchase, she found that the box was already open (the tape holding it closed was cut) and that the directions and charging cord were missing. Unfortunately, the charging cord for this device is one of those magnetic ones that attach at the surface and we don't have any cords that fit this. This makes the device unusable and useless since there's no way to charge it. I think that we were sent an item that was previously returned by a customer and that it was not checked to see if everything was in the box before they sent it to me. I'm very disappointed and so is my daughter since we wanted to use it for a girls' spa night.

Yo tenia una luna play 2 y se me dañó a los 3 años de uso y decidí reemplazarla por esta y llego en pésima condición no se si Depronto fue la presión de la pila que dañó la tapa y hace que se vea así o si ya la usaron por que venía el empaque abierto…

I like luna as i can feel that my face condition is getting better. Feel so refreshing and clean. You can use it without the app, only when u first started, you need to connect with appFor ufo, it is too difficult to connect with the app. It get disconnected al the time. Not stable at all. Regret to purchase with ufo as it doesn’t work well. It can use without app but it can’t connect properly all the time. Feel frustrated to try again and again

L'ho preso per un regalo,ed è stato subito apprezzato.Bear è in versione mini ed è comodissimo sia in mano che in viaggio,non ingombra,da un'ottima effetto sulla pelle se usato a lungo termine.UFO mini è una coccola. La dimensione è piuttosto grande,ma è comodissimo scalda le maschere e la pelle in modo meraviglioso.Il gel che danno in dotazione è molto buono e si assorbe bene,non serve risciacquare.Molto soddisfatta!

The device worked twice and then broke down. Sadly I was told it is not covered by warranty so it is money wasted and nothing can be done about it..

Es verdad que 2 minutos de tratamiento ufo da el mismo resultado que si hubiera hecho un tratamiento facial en un salon de belleza. Me dio una piel super bonita y luminosa, estoy encantada, la utilizo unas 3 veces a la semana y desde el primer uso ya se noto el resultado en mi piel, toda la gente preguntadome que es lo que he hecho. No es barato pero merece su precio ya que el resultado es espectacular.
