I typically run my dishwasher once a day, and since switching to this formula, my expectations for "clean" have been completely redefined. The cleaning power is incredible. I rarely pre-rinse—we’re talking baked-on oatmeal, dried-up lasagna, and cloudy coffee mugs—and this gel tackles it all. Dishes, glasses, and silverware come out spotless, squeaky clean, and residue-free every single time. Seriously, there are no streaks on my glassware, which is a huge win over the powder and some other gel brands I've tried. Beyond the performance, the Citrus Breeze scent is fantastic. It’s light and fresh, not overwhelming. It completely eliminates any residual food odors in the machine during the cycle, leaving behind only a pleasant, clean citrus aroma when I open the door. If you prefer the easy dosing and no-clog convenience of a gel but demand the tough cleaning performance of a pac, this is the product for you. It truly is "Complete"—an essential product that has earned a permanent spot under my sink. Highly recommended!

This gel detergent has become my go-to for the dishwasher. The thick formula really clings to dishes and powers away baked-on food, even when I run shorter cycles. This review is for Cascade Complete Gel + Oxi with Dawn Liquid Dishwasher Detergent, 125 fl. oz. I have been using a few different versions of Cascade liquid dishwasher detergents over the years. I have only used Cascade liquid dishwasher detergent ever since getting a GE dishwasher with Smart Dispense. This version of Cascade has been the best one yet. I have not had any issues with dishes coming out clean. I use it with Cascade Rinse Aid Platinum. Side note for GE Smart Dispense users. Make sure if change to a different detergent that you follow the steps to completely purge your Smart Dispense system. This goes for anything that is different about the detergent, such as brand, scent, Oxi, Dawn, anything.

I’ve tried a bunch of dishwasher detergents over the years, but Cascade Complete Gel All-in-1 is the one I keep coming back to. It just works—no pre rinsing, no rewashing, no pulling out a glass only to find mystery spots all over it. Everything comes out looking shiny and actually clean. The Citrus Breeze scent is light and fresh without being overwhelming, and the gel pours easily without the mess you get from some other bottles. A little really does go a long way, so the 75 oz size lasts me a while. Plates, glasses, pots, plastic containers—this handles all of it. No film, no residue, no fuss. It’s exactly what I want: fill the dishwasher, add the gel, press start, and walk away knowing the job is going to get done. If you’re tired of detergents that only do half the job, this is the upgrade you want.

It’s cheaper than buying at the grocery store and works just as good as the store bought one.
