Drop Dead Diva: The Complete Series (Season 1-6)

glad to have the whole series on dvd wish they would now bring out the mysteries of laura . Drop dead diva was a very good series with a lot of good acting by all even some great guest stars like liza Minnelli 5 stars

Yes it did all 6 seasons were awesome & it was really cool to see how they end it but only i did not like was there is no episode Guide with it

Full disclosure: I had this set for a year and a half before self-isolation afforded me the opportunity to actually watch the series. It’s possible that newer releases of this set have improved functionality, but I can only comment on my own purchase.I wish Amazon would allow for two ratings: one for content, and one for manufacturing. Now, I can’t imagine why someone would purchase a movie or TV series without having first viewed the content and deemed it worthy of shelling out bucks to own it, so I suppose having a rating for content is rather pointless in this case. So, I’m giving this purchase only one star due to the exceptionally poor execution of the end product. There are so many problems! 1) Almost every disc glitches, either out of the blue or when the disc has been paused or stopped. 2) On some of the discs the copyright and warning messages appear before every single episode, instead of at the initial insertion of the disc. 3) There is no consistency with user interface (the last 2 seasons look like they were just slapped together at the last minute, with no graphics related to the content and no special features that are found in earlier seasons). 4) Some of the discs don’t contain the option of selecting subtitles, while other discs don’t display subtitles even after you’ve selected it. 5) Even if you choose to play all episodes, it doesn’t go to the next episode. It always returns you to the episode menu whether you’ve chosen a single episode or “play all.” 6) One of the episodes wouldn’t even play. I was fortunately able to watch it for free on IMDB, but still, I did pay to see ALL of the episodes on the discs. 7) Some of the “deleted scenes” in the bonus content were not deleted from the episode. So time is wasted re-watching scenes marked deleted when they were already viewed in the episode.I’m so completely disappointed in the functionality being compromised and inconsistent with this set. The overall production/manufacturing of this product is so substandard that I would have sent it back had it not been purchased so long ago.

I really enjoyed the first 3 season's, but after that it got rather boring and predictable. I loved the idea behind the show, but the story line took some wrong turns in my opinion and pretty much ruined it for me. I love Brooke Elliott, she is a good actress, I just wish they hadn't kept messing with her characters love life.

Very good box set. No problem with the shipping. It actually arrived earlier than planned.For those who want to have a look at what the package looks like, here are some detailed pictures.The DVDs are the same as the ones in the individual seasons. The menus are the same - meaning the last ones (those of Seasons 5 and 6) are plain and blue... Just so you know: there is no episode guide inside the box.

With so many discs that could be flawed, I was very pleased with the extremely good quality of each and every disc. Drop Dead Diva is my all time favorite of TV shows. I am overweight and it was good to not only see an overweight main character but the fact that she had many men interested in her despite her weight. She had many...I had one :)

This is such an amazing show. I'm so sad Netflix removed it but thank God amazon stocked it!
