We love building fire with wood but lately do not like the work which comes with it. Also my kids love s'mores so we needed a deck safe fire pit which kids can operate and it is not too big or complicated. I purchased this product with some scepticism. It arrived on time and was relatively light weight but very sturdy. My 14 year old daughter unboxed it and put it together by reading the instructions.Screwing on the propane tank was the hardest since the threads on those are little fine.I had trouble getting it started since I did not read the instructions but upon a review, I figured out how to star it. The knob needs to be pressed and kept pressed till the flames are established. I had missed that step.Once we got the hang of it then it was very easy to use. My whole family loved it and s'mores are almost a nightly event.The product is exactly as described and works well. It is very portable and well made.I highly recommend it for anyone with a deck, patio or a balcony.

The shipping was fast within 2-3 days. The product is in the box and it is well packed. It is ready to use and no need to assemble. It is great for indoor or outdoor. It is easy to use and we can turn on the fire just few seconds and ready to use. It looks nice on the top of the table and looks fit for all. Great products.

The boxes came very dented and when we opened them I was worried they were broken. They were scratched some but they were in working order.

I can't comment on the working product, because mine never lighted. I tried two propane cylinders. Neither worked. I switched the propane cylinders to a gas burning stove, and they both worked.I contacted support by phone, but got a message that they can't take messages. I then tried to contact them by their support e-mail, and never heard a reply. So buy at your own risk.

An excellent addition for the patio! Lugging the box in makes you think it will be heavier than it is. It says it's made of concrete, but I think it's closer to plaster and feels sturdy. Assembly is attaching the propane tank, putting rocks on top, and lighting it.The trickiest bit was lighting it, though. It has a pilot light that should be treated accordingly (like a pilot light on a gas powered water heater). You hold a flame to it, turn the knob for gas, and press it in and hold it for 5-10 seconds until the flame and heat are well established, then you can let go and let it light the night.We used a new 16 oz can of propane on high and it lasted about 3 hours. I'd assume it's about double that on low (it's on high in the pics)

It's great for smores and stuff like that. But really small and barely puts out any heat.

An elegant tabletop centerpiece - sleek and modern. It's easy to port and use. When lit, it gives a warm ambience. Can't wait to step into the winters with this!

I love that the propane canister sits inside this tabletop fire pit and I love how easy it is to use! But it really doesn’t give off much heat. I’m disappointed about that. If you just want ambience, this is perfect!***3 months later***This thing looks so ugly because all of the “paint” is peeling off. VERY disappointed. Spend your money on better quality!
