I just shot my first stills and videos with this case.In short, this case is incredible!1. Lens charity: excellent.2. Overall design: It’s super strong, practically crush proof.3. How water tight is it? Bombproof—zero water leakage, fool proof.4. The camera controls are super easy to use.5. Extras? It comes with a float and protective travel case.Having owned several different cases for iPhones over the years, this case / model is my absolute favorite. Also, customer service over at ProShot is excellent.Yesterday, my tech savvy teenage nephew saw me unpacking this case and was really impressed. It’s a gorgeous synergy of form and function. Simply slide in your iPhone, click two closures, and head into the water! Don’t forget to download the ProShot app first in order to manage the control bottoms underwater. Volume up to toggle between camera settings and volume down for the shutter release. Leave the app open just prior to putting the iphone in the case. Very disappointed in the performance and quality of this case. Tried it out on a two day dive trip. It did stay airtight but that’s where the satisfaction ended. A request to allow the app to use my location popped up during the first dive rendering the entire thing useless for the remainder of the dive (the app you have to download is what makes the volume buttons control the camera). In general the cheap plastic tabs that press the volume buttons don’t work reliably. Sometimes the work and if they do the footage quality is good but most of the time they either did t have any effect at all or stuck (once video was started I couldn’t stop it). I deleted and reinstalled the app three times - in one instance the video button put the phone to sleep and the photo button started video. We missed capturing a group of bull sharks that followed us throughout our dive and a hammerhead. Such a bummer. They need to go back to the drawing board on this product. I think using a flexible rubber vs a thin hard plastic would be more effective. Oh - and it feels impossible to get your phone out of the case once it’s in there. Feels like the whole thing is gonna break.

I recently had the pleasure of using the ProShotCase phone diving case, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! As someone who enjoys capturing underwater moments on their phone, I have tried multiple diving cases in the past, but this one truly stands out.First and foremost, the case provided excellent protection for my phone. I never once worried about my device getting damaged while submerged in water. The case is made from high-quality materials that kept my phone dry and secure, even when diving to greater depths.Furthermore, the design of the case is sleek and functional. It was easy to install and use, with all of the necessary buttons and features still accessible while my phone was in the case. The clear screen cover allowed me to take crystal-clear photos and videos, without any distortion or interference.Overall I highly recommend it .

This housing was amazing for my iPhone 13. I have a dedicated underwater camera, but I like that these pictures were on my iPhone and I could text them easily to friends/family. We went scuba diving, and it worked great down to at least 60 ft. You just have to remember to turn the app on before you seal up the housing (Yes, I forgot one time so missed a dive’s worth of photos, but that was my fault, not the housing).

It’s a good case, and I’ll take it when I know my dives won’t be below 50-60 feet. Even at over 100 ft of depth it held water tight, however it stopped doing ANYTHING once I got below 50-60 feet of depth. It wouldn’t take pics, it wouldn’t change modes, it wouldn’t shut off. However when I ascended again it worked great lounging around for my safety stop. Used with my iPhone XR and no problems with the app or the fit.

Leaked upon first use and returned it.

I had a sea life camera for several years. I had both external lights and bulky handles and it was so cumbersome with poor quality photos. I was looking for something much simpler and less cumbersome. The Pro Shot seemed to be the answer. The first time I used it for snorkelling I was so disappointed. I could not see the screen or button options at all under water. I contacted customer service and I cannot praise them enough. I would give them a 15 out of 10. I was responded to immediately with suggestions. It was all in the settings on the phone that needed adjusting. Some were not noted on the app and they will now be included so others do not experience the same issue. I have not used it for diving yet but very happy with the snorkelling. It is an easy download of the app. The case is easy to put on and take off. The photos I did take are very clear. I highly recommend this case for the quality and the customer service.
