Not Boraxo but it does the job
If you’re looking for a Boraxo replacement this is it. My husband works hard and this powered hand soap does too. He hadn’t complained about it, so that says a lot! Lol It’s not harsh on his hands. He uses it at a minimum of twice a day. And I actually have used it and it cleans my hands and it has a fine texture and they feel soft after. Also an added bonus it’s not a fake orange scent!!It’s a great quality , it doesn’t take much and the box has lasted a long time. the only negative thing I’d have to say is it’s expensive for what it is. But we will pay the price and order again.

A good replacement
I didn't like it as well as the original because it feels different when washing my hands, but the original is no longer available, so this is a good replacement and cleans just as well.

Gets the grease off without swelling
When I use the mechanic hand cleaners that have the gooey orange and pumice ingredients my hands start to swell after weeks of use. Additionally the gooey hand cleaners always leave a greasy dirty residue under and around my nails and in some of the deeper cracks in my hands.Anyway, all that information to just say that this soap really does a better job of removing all the dirt, grease and odor from working all day on engines and cars. I used to buy boraxo soap, but can’t find it anymore, this soap is a great substitute for boraxo.

Use Sparingly
Just plain sensible . Use sparingly , keep away from wasteful children . Mine is in a jar with Do Not Touch written on it with a Skull and Crossed Bones . Gets all the Grime off of your hands and finger nails w/ brush.

Cleans hands just like Boraxo!
Can't find Boraxo in stores or online at a reasonable price. Got this big box and it's perfect. Refilled my ancient Boraxo can with ease. Its the only hand cleaner that works for gritty, filthy and greasy hands!

Not as anticipated and advertised
Ok in the desperate search with all the other mechanics who are looking for the product to replace DIAL’S discontinued Boraxo hand soap . I tried this . One it’s VERY OVER PRICED . Two it has a weird chemical smell that is covered by a lemon fragrance they added to counter that . It does not do the same job as what they claim it’s replacing . It is not anywhere near Original Boraxo . They claim it is I bought it washed with it it’s absolutely not . It’s Ok and you will use lots more to get the result of clean hands by multiple washings . Like twice as much ! Just the facts folks ! It ain’t it . So my search continues . What I clearly dont understand is why DIAL DROPPED THEIR SOAP AND NO ONE PICKED UP THE RIGHTS TO THE FORMULA ? Very frustrating . Go Jo zep cherry blast orange pumice all leave behind a residue and a oily smelly chemical . They will getYou clean but then you have that residue drawing dirt back to your hands from everything you touch so we use dish soap “Dawn” to get off the cleaner chemical that cuts the grease and grime . I just want Boraxo it cut the dirt in two washings no residue no smells the major grime in the first wash then the remains in the second and the hands were clean enough to not have your wife kill you for finger prints in the house !! Keeping it real here . This stuff from Banner will have to suffice for now I guess but it’s still way short of the mark . I’m not spoiled just had a product that worked for decades so I grew used to a standard . Dial setThe bar high . Banner is close but banner if you’re reading this find a way to be the best get that formula and manufacture the real thing please . We’ll pay the big bucks just to keep the quality and standard . It’s like food yeah it’s fortune for steak dinner out but you don’t mind because you know you’re getting the best so you accept it gladly knowing you’re getting what you paid for . Thanks for reading

Definitely not the same as Boraxo.
I've been using this soap from Banner Chemical for almost a year and while it does get your hands clean, it feels very different from Boraxo powdered hand soap (sadly discontinued). Banner is different in that it seems it takes longer, with more scrubbing to get your hands clean and finally it seems to take longer to rinse. Also, the grit is inconsistent (either too small or too large). It's more expensive than Boraxo ever was (before the remaining boxes of Boraxo were priced at $100.00 a box), but buying this new product in quantity lowers the per box price (as of May 2024). Maybe the Banner company would be willing to explain why it's so different. My main question is how hard can it be to make this soap just like the Boraxo product? The ingredients are simple. I intend to try recreating the Boraxo functionality myself, but in the meantime I will likely get used to the Banner product and possibly purchase more. Part of me thinks I shouldn't be so picky about things, but there is some consolation that other purchasers of this new product feel as I do.
