Water is coming out from the front hole of the press so frequently that u need to use press again to dry cloths.Can u please let me know if any cap or something is required here. Because nothing is there in the box? Please let us know This shortcomings is eating up complete qualtiy of the product and downgrade the rating

Product looking good. However plastic parts needs improvement to sustain. No other comments can be placed as product is not used as received in damaged condition.

This is a made in china low quality iron box marketed by Bajaj. Better to go for Panasonic. The soleplate doesn't glide on clothes, it kind of gets stuck. The switch to switch on/off steam works once in 100 efforts. Steam isn't uniformly distributed. The bakelite material used is of low quality, received a broken unit in the first delivery. Smells like something is burning during the 1st use itself. I used it post return time frame, now getting a Panasonic model.All in all, never make the mistake I have done. Better go for Panasonic.

I haven't got the measuring cup which was mentioned to be given

This is one of the worst product.Plz do not by at all.It's just a dry iron which got experimented to meke people fool by saying a steam iron having heavy weight.A lot of water is coming-out from the sole plate while this iron is getting used.. and there is no way to close the opening given to fill the water which is also throwing water outside if you move the iron little fast.Plz go different product of same brand or other brands.
