Really added some weight and was perfect for my gen 8. Very high quality aluminum and perfect for my build 👌. Love how it looks. Just be careful with the canvas as it is thin and can easily rip if you pull to hard on it. But overall I love it!!

I built a 1/10 scale "toy Hauler" with a hinged ramp on a flat bed trailer using scrap sheet metal from the local fabricating shop. Adding this awning was just cool according to all who have seen it. But, the tie down straps that keep the awning door closed and the awning contained both snaped off instantly causing the awning to unfold.... As of this writing I haven't figured a way to keep it closed yet So, buying this may cause you frustrations, so be aware, but still...it's cool.

I like the looks of the awning. Not too bad to set up. It's very heavy for it's size. I did ding it one star because mine the cloth part is glued in off center and the bar at the end is also sticking out slightly. This makes it a little difficult to stow away(see pictures). All in all it adds that final bit of detail to my scale travel trailer build.

I used this for a 1/10 scale camper I built. Looks and functions great! Easy to use. There were no installation instructions but a look at the listing quickly cleared that up. If your looking to add scale realism to your project, this is a great item!

This canopy is AWESOME! It’s perfect for a scale rig and it’s an accessory you don’t see on every crawler.

I bought this for a friend for a Christmas present and he loved it. 1 issue is there are no instructions so you have to use photos as a reference. Wasn't too much of an issue but it took around 40 minutes to assemble and attach. Works best for LandRover Defender since you have to drill holes into the roof rack.
