Excellent electrolyte support - immediate cramp relief and clean ingredients
I’ve struggled with painful muscle cramps in my legs, arms, abdominal muscles, and even fingers. Drinking electrolytes gives me almost immediate relief, and this one has become part of my daily routine. As long as I have it every day, the cramps stay away. The raspberry-lemon flavor isn’t my favorite, but I’ve gotten used to it. The big win here is that it’s naturally flavored and free from artificial chemicals - that’s a huge plus for us. It also mixes beautifully with no undissolved powder or gritty texture. We mix one scoop with about 32 oz of water, and my husband likes his in carbonated water made with our SodaStream. The formula feels clean, the potassium content is impressive, and it’s excellent value for how long the tub lasts. Highly recommend if you’re looking for effective, sugar-free electrolyte support without synthetic additives. I find it much more economical and a healthy alternative to the sports drinks that are laden with sugar.

Stevia aftertaste but fixable
If, like me, you don't like the stevia aftertaste, just mix one scoop of this with a half powder stick of Propel. Voila! Potassium without the stevia taste! This was the best priced flavor and size so I bought it.

Potassium-rich and tasty.
This is the only electrolyte powder that I have found that provides 1,000 mg of potassium per serving. I easily mix a portion of a serving into my water throughout the day so that i am receiving the health benefits all day long rather than taking it all in one serving. The taste is pleasant, it digests easily and it has helped me maintain a healthy blood potassium level. One jar lasts for a little over a month which is more economical for me than using the little packets offered by other companies.

Good, but remains gritty after mixing.
Good flavor and keeps me hydrated. On the down side no matter how long I mix its still gritty when settled. I just blow into my straw to mix it up before drinking. Yes I am using the right amounts. Otherwise a bit pricey but worth the hydration. Keto friendly is why I bought it.

Clean Electrolytes That Actually Help—Our Favorite Flavor by Far
We’ve been using Dr. Berg’s Raspberry Lemon Electrolyte Powder for several years now, and it remains our go-to hydration support. We’ve tried the grape flavor once, but this one wins—hands down—for taste, effectiveness, and clean ingredients. This isn’t a supplement you “feel” immediately, but if you know your body—especially on whole foods or keto-style eating—you’ll notice the difference when your electrolytes are out of balance. Your cells operate on a sodium-potassium pump, and this powder helps bring potassium in the right ratios. The label says to mix 1 scoop with 16 oz of water, but that’s way too strong for me personally. I add 1 scoop to my 32 oz stainless steel jug, plus a generous ¼ tsp of sea salt, and it tastes absolutely delicious—light, tangy, not overly sweet. My husband even keeps a canister at work. We’ve noticed real benefits over time: Less muscle pain (especially for my husband) Improved sleep quality when potassium levels are up Better hydration without sugar or artificial junk I typically use 2–3 scoops a day, and the 100-serving container lasts us about a month between the two of us. We’ll keep buying this for as long as they make it. Quality: We’ve been using this for years and the quality has always been consistent—never received a clumpy or off-smelling batch. It mixes smoothly, stores well, and we trust the ingredient sourcing. Strength: The potency is spot on—with 1000mg of potassium per serving, this formula actually makes a difference in how we feel. It’s strong enough to support hydration, energy, and electrolyte balance without being overwhelming (especially when diluted to taste). ⭐ Pros: ✔️ Taste: Light, clean raspberry-lemon—no chemical aftertaste ✔️ Effectiveness: Improves hydration, sleep, and muscle recovery ✔️ Ease of Use: Mixes easily in water with no residue or clumps ✔️ Feel Good: Helps maintain electrolyte balance—especially potassium ✔️ Digestion: Easy on the stomach, no bloating or weird effects ✔️ Value for Money: Large-sized tub with 100 servings, generous servings, no fillers or sugar ❌ Minor Cons: The label’s mix ratio (16 oz per scoop) is too strong for us—we prefer it diluted in 32 oz with added sea salt Would love to see more natural flavor options in the future Grape flavor was okay, but this one’s the winner Final thoughts: If you want a clean, sugar-free electrolyte powder that actually supports your body, this is the one. Whether you’re eating whole foods, exercising, or just want to feel better hydrated without garbage ingredients, this stuff is worth it—and we don’t go a day without it.

We love Dr. Berg, but the flavor and grittiness of this electrolyte was disappointing.
So hubby and I are avid followers of Dr. Berg. As seniors, we love that he lives an organic grow-your-own lifestyle like we do, as we raise our own meat and veggies, and we relish all of his medical advice. I opted to try the electrolytes because I am not a fan of drinking plain water. We have a well 750' deep, and truly excellent water, but I just find it blah! So I thought this would be a solution, as we avoid sugar at all costs and are very cautious about new products and solutions. We feel safe with his products for the most part, but it also has to be 'likeable'. This was not. I shook this mixture for a good 10 minutes off and on prior to drinking and the remaining grit was substantial. The flavor was additionally 'unpleasant' with an unrealistic version of raspberry/lemon that was off-putting and yucky. I also tried another mixture from a different doctor we are also following with close to the same flavor, and his mix is not only palatable, but zero grit and quite frankly, tasty. So, I have to say that in the future it's unlikely we will reorder Dr. Berg's version, as much as we adore his passion for health. On another note we will continue to follow his advice and watch his videos! He truly does reignite our desire to stay on the health kick!

Clean Energy Boost Without the Jitters
I noticed a huge difference in my energy levels since starting Dr. Berg’s Grape Electrolytes. I don’t get that afternoon slump anymore. It feels like 'real' hydration rather than just drinking plain water. It’s a bit more expensive than some others, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality and the high potassium dose. Definitely worth it.

Loved the electrolyte but it is a bit too pricey. My health has benefitted : feel energetic and no more foam in urine. However, may limit buying it often because it is quite costly.

I don't have a lot to say as I recently started taking this after watching Dr. Berg's YouTube videos and then comparing this to other electrolyte products out there. This one is a clear winner, even though it costs a pretty penny in Australia. I loved the taste the moment I took my first sip. I feel that it works but hard to tell. But what I can say is, it really gives a sense of fullness and shuts the appetite down after drinking. Not sure if that's intended or if what electrolytes actually do but I think that really helps if you're on keto and trying to lose weight. I'd recommend it to anyone who is on keto like me.
