Yes, there is a noticeable difference between size small and size medium. I tried both.

Hi, yes pls kindly note that it is machine washable and dryer.

Q: Is the navy a true navy which is very dark OR is it more of a medium shade?

No it’s not a true navy. It’s dull looking dark blue.
