it took a while to kick in, but once it did, it helped me go back to my old, regular, calm self and I can tell you it is a nice feeling! I have taken supplements for stress before, and I am familiar with ashwagandha, magnesium, zinc, kava kava, passionflower, theanine and GABA. Each of them costs between 10 and 20 dollars. I could not believe that this supplement has them all and even more and comes at this fantastic price! This is the best value I’ve seen in my long supplement history! I tell you, it has been very effective for me. Life’s challenges are still there but I remain much calmer in their face! STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT

I will not buy this product again it did not help me in a positive way. The only effect I felt was my anxiety was worst not sure if it was energy or not. It could also have been an effect from one of the ingredients. Just be careful if you have issues with anxiety.
