Great fixture
This is a great light fixture. I had an old-fashioned lightbulb put in it and it is so much brighter than the previous one and so much more modern looking highly recommend.

Issues with Quality Control+ Non Responsiveness=A Regretted Purchase (But See Update, Too)
I placed an order with Amazon Warehouse for two Fixture Replacement Funnel Flared Clear Glass Shades. Amazon shipped the two separately. The two shades were not identical. One was slightly taller than the other. As well, it had a plastic band on the fitter neck which the earlier shade did not and--most importantly--it seemed to have thicker glass on the base of the neck than the earlier shade. Though the first shade fit my fixture perfectly, the second did not properly mount in the other (identical) fixture. What was odd was that the boxes indicate the same part number. Both were USY 219-G. I reported the problem to Amazon which ultimately ended up addressing the problem with their usual competence. I also emailed the company (Permo) because the enclosure that came with the shades indicated, "We aim to reply to all customer concerns within 24 hours and provide a professional and satisfactory solution to your problem." A reply within 24 may be Permo's aim, but their aim was off. I emailed them on three separate days; the third email explaining that if I didn't hear from them I would post an account of the problem on Amazon. I nonetheless received no reply, so here it is. UPDATE: Permo did contact me soon after I posted this review and apologized for not replying more quickly; they stated that my emails had ended up intercepted as spam. In any event, they did compensate me for the problem I had by quickly sent me two replacement fixtures. This was generous of them and I have upgraded my star rating to reflect that generosity.

Not a perfect fit!
Nice product, but not a perfect fit! The globe does fit but not deep enough for the 3 tightening screws to catch it around its base to secure it. I used this in an up position so it can work, but in a down position, it would not work on a standard fixture.

Not good
Was cracked during shipment. I cut or rather, sliced 2 out fingers. One was deep, very deep.

I broke the glass
When I had to replace my shade I ordered this one. It isn't perfect but it works.
