These work as described and perfectly.

The crimper worked wonderfully and was easy to use. It was also very affordable first time doing cable fencing, and I am very happy with the results and the tool used to crimp the ends on.

Item did fine with smaller dies but failed on the largest one. Just with the squeeze of my hands while using the largest die (#70,) the hydraulic crimping tool failed to withstand the pressure and the fluid shot out. Ten days past the return date. Money wasted. What happened to the days when tools were made to last?UPDATE:There is no mentioning in the instructions pertaining to the little zip lock bag containing a rubber Oring and a couple of plastic rings. However, I correctly assumed these were included for such a repair as I needed.If your crimper blows out hydraulic fluid, it unscrews at both ends. Bottom end (handle) contains fluid reservoir. Top end (Jaws) contains a spring and access to the cylinder. Put the cylinder rod in a vice and pull the body away. The cylinder will come out and you can see where the plastic ring and rubber Oring go in the groove. I took a utility knife and cut the plastic ring so it could slip over the cylinder. The rubber Oring will stretch over.Pop the cylinder back in with a rubber hammer. Install the spring then screw on the top. With the reservoir plug already removed, I used a brake bleeder syringe to inject hydraulic fluid into the reservoir. Replace the plug, screw on the bottom handle, pump it up and it should be working as mine does now.Easy peezy. I do think however that this information should be included in the manual.As long as you don't abuse this tool, it should last and perform well for most jobs. My use resulting in the fail, was a bit extreme.

Very well built tool. Using 1/8” stainless steel wire I used #4 and #6 dies per a recommendation on UTube. 2 full or 3 closings of the handle works perfect. I tried 4 once and it was too much and broke the fitting. Very tight connection, if used as described above.

Crimper works well, And does what is intended to do. It’s easier to use the most Kampers of the same style because it’s a little smaller so it’s not as cumbersome.They have the Customer service services I’ve ever delt with. Eager to help, courteous, fast replying to emails, and they hold true to what they say.

Used it to do cable railings. Worked flawlessly. I believe the trick is not to over crush the crimp. When there is a paper thin gap between the dies everything went so easy. I would recommend it.

This is a must for installing cable railings, unless you got grip strength like a gorilla. For the price I’m happy so A +

a little awkward to use but over good tool

I recently bought 4 products from Steel DN Mate:-The Stainless Steel Lag Screws for Wood Post of 1/8": Works really well with the tool provided. Because there are Left and Right screw, it prevents the cable from twisting. Good quality, really solid!-The 1/8" Stainless Steel Cable for Deck Cable Railing System: Great quality again! It comes with a cutter that works perfectly.-The Stainless Steel Protector Sleeves for 1/8" Wire Rope: Nice look for a finish on a wood post. I really like the way the sleeve can hide a hole that isn`t perfectly drilled.-And the Hydraulic Crimping Tool: Works perfectly for the Stainless Steel Lag Screws. I crimped the screws at two different places. It seems really strong, even with a lot of tension on the cables and the finish look is great.I am really satisfied with all of the products above. As you can see on the pictures, the finish look is awesome. It was super easy to install. Honestly it took me about 4 hours to install everything. I didn’t waste any screws or cable and no defaults were found on the tools provided. I would strongly recommend this company for your deck project. Overall, it gives a great look at a low cost!

I was really impressed with this tool it worked fantastic and easy to use. Straight out of the box it was easy to assemble the different dies and made the job go really easy and efficient

Worked good for crimping the cables on my deck cable railing. Has plenty of pressure. Takes some time not as fast as a single action crimp tool. Save yourself some time by not allowing the jaws to open all the way thereby minimizing the strike required to crimp. Otherwise it would be a long painful procedure. Held up for the 150 crimps I used it for.

Easy to use

The product? What can I say? Works as advertised and does its job. My real appreciation is for the customer service. My mother contacted customer service when she received a faulty one. Told her not to worry and sent her a replacement one almost immediately. Kind and professional, very eager to help and was extremely satisfied with service. Thank you and keep up the good work.
