Arrived on time and in good condition but the discription does not mention that the tablets are not okay for insulin takers..

Not suitable for diabetics on insulin
I got this supplement because I thought it would help to regulate my blood sugar as I am diabetic. Each capsule contains: Cinnamon extract, Fenugreek extract, Vitamin B6, Biotin, Chromium and Zinc. However, on looking at the back of the container it says "Warning: do NOT use with insulin therapy or antihyperglycemic agents due to synergistic effect". It doesn't mention this at all on the product page so I wasn't aware of this until I received the product. Unfortunately, because I take insulin, I cannot try these capsules. If you are not diabetic and just want to regulate your blood sugars as part of a healthy diet, then these could be for you.

Easy to take but, for me, no discernible effects.
I have used these pills on a regular basis, twice a day, but, unfortunately, they haven't had a discernible effect.They are easy to swallow with no real after-taste and there was no hassle in taking them as part of a regular course. Unfortunately I am not able to state definitively that they made a difference to my sugar levels. So, if they work for you then, fair enough. However, I have to give a pass on these.
