Great Comfort, Quality Build, Good Overall Quality!!
I fell in love with this chair as soon as I sat in it. I previously tried another racing style gaming chair and was not pleased with it, as it was rigid and poked me in all the wrong places. This chair is built stronger, and everything is padded well and nowhere near as rigid and constricting. Very forgiving, very comfortable, and the quality shows. The assembly is much easier also as I had difficulty assembling the previous chair by myself, while this one took me a grand total of fifteen minutes to assemble. Do not be swayed by lower prices with other brands, invest in something that'll give you comfort longer!Pros:Sleek DesignSimple AssemblyAdjustable ArmrestsNeck and Lumbar SupportStrong Metal ConstructionComfortable Forgiving PaddingCons:The only con I have is that the neck rest sits higher than I'd like it. The elastic strap fits over the head of the chair and sits higher on your head. If it had a clasp that you could loop through the head, it would be a lot easier to adjust. But otherwise, no complaints!!Update: With a snip of scissors, and some Velcro I happened to have handy I MacGyvered the strap to be able to through the headrest. Problem solved!! No complaints!! ^_^

Great chair
I was looking for a couple of specifics in a new chair - color match, headrest, and something that wasn't such a deep pocketed seat (I am 5'7" and always find myself sitting upright at the front of a pc chair, using no back support). I thought the lumbar would be an added bonus, but I am perfectly upright and more comfortable without it (personal pref). I was originally looking at SimLife Executive Large Gaming Chair Racing Style High-back Swivel Leather Office Computer Chair with Adjustable Armrest Support Blue/White but the depth wasn't going to get me where I wanted to be. A flash sale hit on this chair and I pulled the trigger and I am happy with my decision as it fits me and my setup perfectly.Shipping took 20 days, which bugged me at first.. but then started giving me that nostalgic feeling of waiting for something to arrive like when I was a kid. Just don't make a habit of it Amazon. Box came, no damage, and setup was IKEA easy. I'm a little nervous about blue jean dye rubbing off on the white and may look into taking preventative measures for that.Overall, good stuff - happy customer

Great chair for the price
For starters, let me start off by giving my personal stats. I'm 6'4" and about 270lbs and I wouldn't consider my build to be disproportionate. In my search for finding a budget gaming chair, the lack of this information made it harder to get an adequate idea of what I would be getting into.I don't quite game as much as I used to, but wanted a good all-around chair that would be comfortable for long sessions in front of my desktop. I didn't want to spend more than $300, so the better name chairs were out of the question. After researching some off-brand racing chairs, I was skeptical about the quality and comfort of them. The prices seemed right with chairs ranging from $80-$200. After doing some searching, I read reviews that essentially compared DX Racer, Vertagear, and AK Racing. I knew the quality of DX Racer chairs because 3 of my friends use them, but they have smaller builds then I do and I found those chairs to not be adequate. Long story short, I landed on Vertagear and decided to go with the Vertagear S-Line SL2000 in black/carbon.The price point was perfect, coming in at around $270. When the chair arrived, it was packaged neatly and really secure inside the box. There was plenty of wrap and cardboard that made sure it survived being shipped. The installation instructions were easy enough to follow and included pictures. It took less than 20 minutes to assemble and I was able to do it by myself. The adjustment lever for the recline position was somewhat firm initially, but after assembly and use it has loosened up a bit. The chair came with lumbar and neck pillows. This chair is a bit heavy once fully assembled, so just be mindful of that if you decided to put it together and have to climb some stairs with it.The color is pretty true to the stock photos, and the black/carbon color is a great all around combination. It was pretty true to the stock photos and I say this because I'm too lazy to take a picture of it and post it. It has great height adjustment and the ability to recline to varying positions. I haven't fully reclined it, but that's only because I never plan to use it as a bed or stare at the ceiling. The seat base provides ample room for my bottom and I'd guess that those who are rotund in this area will likely find this chair to be fitting. The sides are a little snug, so if you're larger there you may find this chair to not be as comfortable. The top of the chair is only slightly shorter than where the top of my head is, but with the neck pillow in place, I don't really notice. The casters are smooth and have no problem moving around, however I am on hardwood floors with a rubber mat underneath. Other reviews have mentioned that these casters can be a bit of a carpet killer. The armrests adjust to various heights, I have mine set a step below full height and they fit underneath my desk perfectly. I don't typically use the armrests on my chairs so this isn't too big of a concern for me. The neck and lumbar pillows are comfortable, but don't expect tempurpedic quality. Another thing I have read in reviews of other gaming/racing chairs is a odor of the fake-leather. This chair didn't seem to have this stench so I wasn't forced to leave it outside overnight to let it air out.Overall, this is a great chair. I've only used it for a total of 4-5 hours over the course of 2 days, but I don't see myself being upset with it in the future. I'd definitely recommend it over other chairs in the price range. If you're on the fence about the price, if you're looking at chairs in the $80-200 range, save up a bit longer and go with this one. I'm giving it 4 stars only because nothing is worth 5.

Falling apart after 1 yr. Stay away
I'm 6'3", 180lbs... I bought this for my standing desk and right away I was pretty disappointed in its height. I wasn't expecting a stool or anything, but even at its highest at about 20" it still barely reaches the lowest setting on my desk.Thats fine and everything though, I stand more often than not. What isn't fine is how awful it looks now after just a year of relatively light use (3-4 hours a day, at most)... The back is coming apart at the seams, the seat is shredded, the lumbar support slips freely every chance it gets, and the arm rests are loose and wobbly - I'm constantly readjusting the back rest, and trying to tighten the arm rests to no avail... I purchased this chair in April 2019, but these have been growing problems since around March. I'm only reviewing it now because after a little over a year I'm in the market and looking for a new chair.I am extremely disappointed and expected a lot more for the price. Before this I had an Inland Racer Chair that I bought for $70 and sat in for 8+hrs every day that lasted 3yrs before starting to crack. It wasn't perfect either, but at least I got my money's worth... If this is the quality at $330, I can't imagine how bad the cheaper models are. Even the more expensive ones appear to use the same materials. Stay away from this brand.
