Is this compatible with Alesia strike pad yes or no?

I believe the mount plate is universal to most major brands of perc pads. The stand itself is adequate. But I wouldnt concider it strong enough to take out on gigs.

Is this stand compatible with yamaha dtx m12 ?

Yes it will. I use it for my Yamaha dtx m12 rhythm pad. It works just perfect and based on the price and value it’s worth. So far I don’t have any issues with it. Only downside is it is not easy as other stands to clamp it on and off. You have to turn it like a screw or like you are tightening a water bottle or something like that lol. Well I have used the regular pro type mounts as well so comparing to those…. That’s the only part I hv issue with but for what I paid I cannot complain l. But it’s not that hard either. And one more thing the screws comes with it is little longer. You hv to buy 1/2 inch (if I’m right) screws from local home depot or Lowes . That was not an issue for me.
