If you're looking for customer service. FORGET IT! Once you download it you'd better love it because you're going to be automatically renewed without you even have a say in it. So, make sure you want automatic renewal. There are supposedly ways to get rid of that option, but after reading through (HUNTING FOR IT) it was so much gibberish I gave up. And then I HUNTED for a number to call too. I went through a technician last night and he tried his best, but he couldn't get rid of the automatic renewal either. I said go ahead and cancel it. He couldn't do that either. He could switch me over to so and so for18 bucks. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT IF YOU CARE ABOUT THAT AUTOMATIC RENEWAL!!! I deleted the program. Called PayPal and told them the situation. They said they wouldn't accept anything from them in the way of debiting against me. I hope it works or in two years I'll have an automatic renewal on my credit card. It sounded though that PayPal will handle it. Hope this experience helps someone. I learned a lot from it.

Effective or not, I discontinued my service and still can't get their crap off my computer or keep their continual string of "let us sell you more stuff" pop ups from being a pain in the... neck.

Mi unica queja es que llego algo maltratada la caja pero si traia el codigo del antivirus y funciona muy bien en windows 10.

Muy mal nunca pude activarlo ya que me indicaba que ya había Sido utilizado el codigo necesito que me apoyen en dónde lo puedo checar
