My cell phone won't let me choose half star.PROS:- NOT a USB plug- Can use manually or by the wireless remote- Remote included with battery installed- Several running time settings- Automatic shut off safety feature- Can choose from intermittent or continuous mist running- Mist is cool- Choose from Big or Small mist- 18 different colors to choose from. However, to be exact it is 9 colors in total with 2 types one brighter to see in daylight the other dimmer/softer more relaxing for night time.- Choose to cycle through all the colors continously OR stay on one color you like best.- Runs without displaying any color- Gives a beep when shuts off- Not too loud- Portable- Uses tap water- Bright enough to light the a pathway from my bed to bathroom without having to turn on ceiling light.- Lightweight- Looks better in person- Great gift for anyone- Works with any name brand of 100% natural essential oils- Not a bad product for the price at all.CONS:- NOT a USB Plug- Choosing intermittent mist is no relaxing to me. You hear it shut down and start up stressed me out to think it just broke- Stated 12 hours of run time. No it automatically shuts off before that. Unless you use intermittent mist. In any case it states not to use more then 10hours at a time with 1hour cool down/shut-off between uses-It gives a beep when it shuts off. Which seems long and loud to me, startled me right up. So if you are a light sleeper I suggest to make note of the 10hrs run time so it goes off in the morning after you get up and use continuous mist.- Big/Small mist I'm not sure if I noticed a difference. It does not blow high into the air. Infact I was disappointed that when it was on my nightstand the mist would not elevate to reach the height of my bed (quick fix I elevated to a better place). It loses the ambiance this way, but room is loving it!-States only use measuring cup provided, never fill straight from the tap. Measuring cup was not included.- Even though you choose no light color to omit, there is a orange indication light for manual base buttons- Cleaning it out does not suggest vinegar, detergents, enzymes or other acids but citric acid. Because oils will stain overtime.Overall I'm very pleased with my choice and would suggest this to anyone a who wants to improve their quality of health, mentally and physically. Great for living or working space, a nightlight with lavender essential oil for babies, and children, cleansing and refreshing up a room, for meditation, spa day, romantic evening, or just another way to unwind. I would definitely buy this product again, and no I am not an employee or being paid for this! However, if they feel generous and would like more of my honest opinions of any more of their products...send them my way or even another diffuser or 3 for free. Very effective diffuser and creates a nice visual atmosphere as well as the light cycles through chakra colors. Remote works well, I purchased an additional unit as a gift and had a problem with my order, which was no fault of the seller. Rather, Amazon’s fulfillment sent me an entirely wrong order (paper coffee cups). Even so, the seller contacted me and offered to go out of their way to ensure that the problem was resolved. Disappointed in Amazon fulfillment services but would definitely buy from this seller again.

I’m so extremely happy with this diffuser.I’ve owned many name brand diffusers from oil companies that charge upwards of $100+ , and this one has worked better than those. I love that it has an option to leave it on and it has a bigger water compartment where the other ones only lasted 2 to 4 hours. This can last me a whole day at work.

I love these diffusers! I ordered 2 at the same time. They are about 4 times larger than my original ones. They hold a lot of water. There is also come with a remote to operate across the room. There are many different color choices, timing choices and a couple amount of water/scent releasing choices. I love them because I can turn them in and the release last several hours. And they were a huge value for the cost. Would definitely buy again!

I really love this diffuser. I use it in my bedroom. The automatic shut-off is a plus. I use it daily. The diffusers that I have purchased in the past could not withstand daily use and would just stop working after just a few months.

This "diffuser" had been running for 3 straight days. It just bubbles. It creates no mist whatsoever no matter what setting it is on. The water level stays the same.UPDATE: I lowered the water to 400ml and now it works fine.Manufacturer/Seller should do 2 things 1. Stop saying it's a 500ml unit as effectively it is not. 2. Tell customers not to fill past 400ml mark.

The container is quite smaller than it looked in the photo. It holds about 1 cup of water. The intermittent feature is nice and will last 24 hours on that setting.

You can adjust the colors of the diffuser either the buttons on the side of the product or with the remote control. Very cute, my first day trying it out. I bought it with these 48 count of essential oils separately. Both of these at a fair price. I’ve been on a cleansing journey as you can see I have sage off to the side. The light glows even with the room light on & a little brighter with the light off. Reminds you of a night light just with smell. This was a great investment.

I have a number of diffusers and this has to be one of the best ones. Output of scent is amazing, and the colours are vibrant (not that the colours always have to be on). I also like that it comes with a remote and has run time options. Would recommend this item.

I needed a replacement diffuser and didn't want to spend a lot. The ones in local stores are more expensive Pleasantly surprised this works just the same

I was hesitant to purchase as this was the first diffuser I bought. I love it so much I bought two more. I really love the fact that it included a remote. You won’t be disappointed, great quality, easy to use, and clean. Love it!!
