This is NOT a commercial... Lol. For years I thought I was extremely lactose intolerant. I was right. However, for some reason lactose pills alone never worked. Turned out I don't digest A1 protein or gluten well either. Ironic since I love A1 sauce so much. Anyways, I have tried dozens of products and this works better than any other I've tried. Extremely cost effective as well. I do need to take up to 7 of them for certain things such as pizza or ice cream. However, I also have colitis so 1 or 2 should be plenty for most. I have been taking digestive enzymes for 5+ years, mainly a very expensive name brand. Well, the expense w/o seeing benefits was really getting to me, so I thought... 'Try a different brand.' So, I did. I am so happy with your product, 1/3 the cost, with much better benefits. I can now say, 'I have a happy gut.' Thank you for producing a quality product that doesn't gouge the pocket book.

This is helping me to keep things moving without having to take prescription medications (more) for OIC (Opioid Induced Constipation). I've been on opiates for Chronic pain for 21+ years and this is actually a new thing for me. I am hoping it will also help to reduce some of the cholesterol issues I've had. I'll add another review & I happily recommend to anyone with digestive issues of any kind.

Taking one or two worked for a while for my nails. Now I must take more for same result. It seems to be less effective or not as potent.Now that more time has passed I’ve learned to take one in the morning and one in the evening. This has resulted in my fingernails not splitting horizontally anymore. But can’t miss a dose or my nails start splitting again. My nails grow stronger as well.

I've been using this for over a year now and it has helped my digestion quite a lot. It hasn't caused any kind of burning or other upset, just a good balancing of the digestive process.

I’m really disappointed these didn’t really work for me , but I’m keeping them anyway! Won’t order more though! It seemed like my food wasn’t digesting! It’s a no for me! Sorry.

The first thing I got it for was my weak immune system I catch everything that comes my way it seems the second reason was it is helping with digestion & being regular I take pain medication for my bad back it causes a lot of irregularity this product seems to being doing a good job for me thank you Tori D.
