Magnet provides a strong grip to the phone in its MagSafe case and feels secure. Plug it in and it charges.The only reason that I haven’t given it 5 stars is because the usb c lead needs to be plugged into an adapter to use it. Its probably that I just didn’t notice it in the description but with sockets coming with USB sockets included, having chargers now coming with USB C connectors instead and needing to purchase an additional adapter is annoying to say the least

It works, so far. Seems robust and well made. Shame it’s not Apple certified.

I have tried this charger for a few days now and it does its job very well. Good price as well since I didn’t want to spend £20 or £30 on a wireless charger. I believe I need to get a usb c 20w power socket to get the most of this product.

Only had 2 days but connects and charges well on Iphone 14. Seems good quality. Obviously only time will tell with use. Delivered on time. Connects via USB C plug which u need.

It seems generous to rate 4* as it didn't work for me but also harsh because it looks a really good product at a great price and I really wish it did work.I have a magsafe compatible case on a Pixel 7 and when the charger was connected it repeatedly cycles between charging and not charging about every second. Over a period the charge actually reduces rather than charging. It's not the case because although the magnetic attachment obviously doesn't work without the case, the wireless charging is still the same issue. I purchased a two pack and both were the same.However, I think is more to do with the fragility of the Pixel wireless charging than the product. I have another product (for the car) from the same manufacturer that works brilliantly. Looking at the specs, the car charger has a max output of 15w where this is 7.5w max. I suspect the Pixel doesn't like 7.5w because it works fine on other Qi chargers over 7.5w too.It looks a really well built and premium product though and comes in premium packaging. I really wish it would have worked but unfortunately I'm having to return and buy a buy an inferior looking product from another manufacturer that cost more but is 15w so will hopefully do the job. Hopefully ESR bring out a 15w version in future.

I love the HaloLock products. I am very happy with the charger and ESR make quality phone products. Great for overnight charging but the only downside is that it charges slowly so it’s not great if you’re on the go and after a quick charge, hence the 4 stars given.

A good product if you suffer with arthritis as you do not have to fiddle with connecting the charger cable to the iPhone.Had to buy an additional plug to fit the connection; shame this is not on the description for the those of use who are not as tech savvy!Customer service team excellent should you need any additional support!

I wanted this to charge my new S23 Ultra and my Galaxy Buds2 Pro and it works perfectly with them both. It will charge even with cases on the phone and the buds, but just make sure the buds case is in the centre of the charge pad. The wire is a lovely braided cord and feels very sturdy.
