The media could not be loaded. Good quality. I didn’t get excellent condition so the body has a few scratches. The biggest flaw is one of the extenders for the keyboard to screen connection is a loose, but still works. I think it’s super cute and compact. Can easily take it out in public as a writing laptop and keep my more expensive one at home. It’s perfect for light uses and gets the job done. The display is nice obviously not going to be the best. But I really do love this laptop! Exactly what I was looking for.Came with charger in good condition

Really bad experience. It went belly up within 30 days. Fortunately, with Amazon's refurbed guarantee, you've got 60 days. And I've had two of these and both of them have been junk. Like I said, one within 30 days, the other within 58 days.

This was a very good buy, and My only computer ever bought online, a Dell. Absolutely best deal I've seen. The computer works like new and That's all I need really. Based on where I am using just a basic system, but still. Great buy

You get what you paid for, literally.When the computer arrived, the edges were damaged and the computer showed signs of wear. But considering that this computer was under 100 dollars, it was worth it.The thing booted up quickly and functioned well. It has a small screen and smooth keys. After using a program on it, it’s not the fastest thing on the planet. But if your someone who’s looking for a windows laptop for work and perhaps some browsing, it’s worth it.One thing I did notice was that it did become very warm with use. And the battery life is alright.

Just OK. This Windows 10 laptop works well enough for the morse code tutorial application I purchased it for. Unfortunately, the application does not run well on Linux which is what I use for everything else. It looks like it was given a custom vinyl wrap which makes it look new and the screen was unscratched. The "H" key is nearly dead and requires several hard taps before it responds. If I needed it for routine use that involves more typing, I would have returned it due to the sticky key. But for $89, it works well enough.UPDATE: So I ended sending the above laptop back because the earbud jack stopped working. But I liked the size and features so much that I ordered a replacement. The replacement works like a top. No faulty keys and earbud jack works.

Ordered 8 machines. 3 would not work -took 3 days to get a company response and then they simply desired the serial number of the flawed units.NO concern for customers.

Nice laptop for the price ,no problem.

One of the hinges was broken (hinge encasing) but functional. The "E" key was stuck and was hard to get it to register an entry on the keyboard. One of the USB slots was not working properly, had to insert the USB plug and play with it until it got to a position where it worked. Apart from these issues I couldn't find anything wrong with it. I don't know any long term performance as I returned it due to the issues mentioned above.
