Great knife. Really sharp.

I ordered this ceramic knife for cutting vegetables. Very sharp and light weight. It's just me and my wife so a head of lettuce will last us a few days. After cutting what we need for a meal the rest of the lettuce goes back into the fridge. One thing nice about using a ceramic knife is that the remaining lettuce does not brown after cutting and being returned to the fridge. Price was great and so was the size for what I needed. Definitely would recommend

At this price, you just can't find a better knife. Its just the right size, the handle is comfortable in your hand, and its super-sharp. The ceramic blade will not stain or retain odors. I use it all the time. I don't put this in the dishwasher, rather hand wash it and put the sheath back on when its dry. With a little care, this is something you can pass on to your descendants. Its made that well.

Be careful! Sharper than you expect!

This little knife is great! It's the only one I grab when cooking.

Blade broke off, after three months of use, removing an avocado pit. Not as sharp as I expected it to be. I would not recommend.

Good quality blade and handle, but I found this knife a little large and off-balance for fine paring and slicing green beans.

....BUT ,super sharp does not mean durable. these type blades are famous for breaking after falling to the floor, so in other words, treat it as a fragile tool .
