Excellent!
I use this for pains in my knees, back and for period pains. Really helps, the cooling is brilliant when the pain gets really bad. Love the smell. I do snap the end off to get the last bit of the cream out though, as there is still loads left in it. Definitely recommend

Good product and helps with muscle aches and stings.

Not as good as their other product
Having used and been very pleased with AROMA ACTIVE LABORATORIES Muscle Recovery Balm 100ml, I bought this as the other one seems to have been discontinued. This has little or no effect, by contrast. I don't feel any immediate or long lasting effects. It's fairly cheap but, honestly, I'm not sure it's doing anything.

Inflamed, sore muscles instantly cooled
I have arthritis and wake in the night with hot, painful muscles. This roll on instantly cools the heat and damp down the pain enough for me to get back to sleep. It's brilliant!
