Just what I needed
I needed a small scoop for adding salt to my water softener. This works very well. It's not heavy and the edge is fine enough to dig into the salt easily. I'm able to fill a small bucket with it, so a good buy.

No way this is 24 oz
This scoop might be 16 oz but that is about it. Very disappointed
