Brez Premium Nasal Breathing Aid -- Medium

The good, this product does seem to help me breathe easier at night. Unfortunately I was under the impression that this may help control my snoring issues. According to my wife, I still occasionally snore with this breathing aid in place. So it is sort of a yes it works and no it doesn't work. The manufacturer also tells you to only use each breathing aid once, yeah, that could get expensive, to the tune of at least $30 a month. I use them over and over and thoroughly clean the product each morning so it is ready for the next evening. The other thing is the size of the product. I used their sizing guidelines but unfortunately the product seems to be a little small as it is somewhat difficult to get the breathing aid in the correct spot in your nose.Helps open your nose and create better breathing but not the cure all for snoring.

This product is really good, but one advice to note keep your room and nose moist at night, otherwise it will hurt when you take it out. Medium fits all adults but see what your nose is. Another thing to note; you don't need to trash these once you use it, they want to get money off you. I've been keeping mine for several weeks and wash it with water and little baking soda. Every year you can use the new one in the box, that saves money \and time. Ignore the one stars, I got a sinus infection and was told I need surgery to breathe well, my husband said I no longer sleep with my mouth open so I'm taking that as a good thing and my mouth isn't dry anymore. Thus has helped me breathe big time and having a humidor will keep your nose moist and it won't hurt when you pull it out. It only hurts because your nose is probably too dry. Don't complain they don't work when your not keeping your nose moist!!!

Got the medium size and they seem to fit ok but i had to fiddle with them to keep them from going sideways in my nostrils. When I awoke, they were on the floor.... maybe I sneezed them out or something. Feels funny when in but does seem to work to improve breathing. They work about as well as flaring your nostrils does by way of comparison. Didn't stop my snoring though.

The breathing aid is comfortable. So many of the aids that fit in the nose are not. I use it for chronic sinusitis. I do wish they had a size between the medium and large. For me the medium could stand to be a little bit bigger and the large would be too big. There is an ample amount in the package so that they will last awhile. I would recommend the product.

these are a pain in the you know what to stick up your nose. the breathing strips work better and much easier to handle. save your money!

I bought these, not for snoring (although I do), but to help with breathing at night. I have a perpetually stuffy nose, and these did seem to open up the nostrils, seemingly allowing for more airflow. However, the reality is that I'm not really getting any more air because the product itself takes up space in the nostrils. It's a good concept but I've found it doesn't really work for me. I will say that I have a pretty small nose, so maybe someone with a bigger nose will find that the space the Brez takes up in their nostrils is less than the amount they are opened. For me it's basically a "wash". I hope that makes sense. My wife hasn't noticed any difference in my snoring.

Brez is a great product. I have tried many ways to reduce snoring, from the wrist monitor that zaps you when snoring begins (which didn't work and would zap without the snore; ouch!)to nasal "cones" that either did'nt fit or were very uncomfortable.Brez nasal breathing aids are very well designed. They fit comfortably and really aid in opening the nasal passages. I no longer snore like a lion, but purr like a kitten. I might suggest that for women with a smaller nose, try the medium size first. The small are quite small. Also, try elevating your head and neck; also, we often snore more on one side than the other. I have a chronic sinusitis for over 40 years. Tried this instead of using the nasal sprays, but this one did not work and is uncomfortable. I bought another type of aid called Breath Right Advanced and that one did work much better, and is very comfortable. But that was only a paliative as it will not cure the sinus condition. I am now using Serraptase Enzyme at 250,000 SPU and that is really curing, I feel much better, the congestion and stuffiness are gone.
