These containers are small in comparison to others I have bought, however they don't lack in durability or build quality. The lids snap on tight and they are safe for use in freeze, microwave, etc. My kids have dropped them with food inside and not only did they not break... but the lid didn't even come off! Yea they are plastic, but not super thin and definitely reusable. Only drawback is their size, which may be a good thing depending on what your using them for.

These containers are awesome to store single (portion controlled sized) meals! For me, the size is perfect for a single meal, and it helps keep my kids from overeating like they would if a leftover night consisted of food put away separated in their own large containers. I do have two men in the house (bigger men, 6'4" & 6'6", lol) who eat larger meals, which is fine because they just take two of the containers, and it's a perfect sized meal for them.I've started doubling the size of the dinners I make, and then store the leftovers as single meals in these containers. I then store those in the fridge as dinners for another night that week. It's so convenient, and for the price I paid to get these (under $5 for the single 10 pack), I can deal with the few problems I've come across.I have noticed that if I try freezing them, the lids and containers tend to crack easily and the food gets freezer burn rather quickly. (I honestly never checked if they were freezer safe so that could be completely my fault!) Another problem is when I go to open them, they've closed so securely that it's often difficult to remove the lid, and a few of the lids have cracked because of this. However, some of the lids/containers we're already used a couple times so they could have weakened... and as I've already said, for the price I paid, I probably would be content if I could only use them once and then have to toss them in the recycling bin! I've had no problems at all yet with the bottom of the containers.Overall, I am very happy with purchasing these containers. They're the perfect size, great for taking a lunch or snack away from home, very convenient for pre-prepping meals, and even just for storing smaller leftovers. I'll definitely be buying more when I need them!

Easy snap on lids

Cheap quality. Plastics were too thin layered.

Impossible for an older person to open. Lids are very difficult to get off once they are closed. There is not enough of a lip on the lid to grab.

They are great, they seem small but fit a portion perfectly. Microwave fine and don't lose there shape. Have been using for about a month ave couldn't be happier. Great add on.
