Good Soil!
This is the perfect soil for my African Violets. My house rules for plants is basically survival of the fittest. When the African Violets in a gift basket of plants looked like they needed at least some attention, so I went online to see how to care for them. I ordered special pots for African Violets that wick water from the bottom, and I ordered this African Violet soil. It was easy to use and I have so much left over. I learned that the plant only flowers when the roots are packed in the pot, so I trimmed off the overgrown leaves at the bottom and I’m hoping the nutrients in this soil will help the plants thrive and blossom. It’s been about a month, so I’m still at “wait and see.” I’ll edit this review if it’s not good news, but so far so good!

Wonderful!
Upon using this soil, my African Violets were immediately happy and flowering! Feels nice, drains well, no gnats. Happy plant makes me happy!

Overall good product
The soil was great for my African violets the bag just came smaller than I expected the 2 Quarts is really only enough for like 2 plants but besides that the soil is amazing, would definitely recommend.

Works like a miracle
My violet transplants simply thrive in this soil, growing so well another split and transplant will be soon needed. Love it!

Wonderful Quality Soil
You can tell right out of the bag that this is a good quality soil. I just used this to repot my Lipstick Plant to improve the plant’s health. Time will tell on how well the plant does with the new soil but so far it is looking better. I will be purchasing more from this company.

Plants are thriving
Really like this soil. Haven’t had any water issues. Nice consistency. Doesn’t clump. Contains plenty of perlite.Update: it’s been three months since repotting all of my violets with this soil. All 9 are blooming! Most for the first time. Haven’t needed fertilizer. Highly recommend!

High quality but not enough quantity for me. Be careful about this aspect.
