I’ve been mixing it in my Kefir for the added prebiotics. It mixes well and has a slight taste of Red beets. I happen to love fresh beets and don’t mind the flavor at all. I believe it is a good product and recommend it for those folks who like taste of beets.

I know this is healthy and I've had many a product that tasted awful, but this one really tastes bad to me. I'll get through the one canister, but won't order it again unless I can figure out a way to make it taste better. UPDATE- I started adding it to my smoothies and can barley taste it. I might change my mind and continue using it.

I took this product in an attempt heal my gut, and I'm enjoying it so far. After taking a half scoop on an empty stomach, I started noticing that I had more energy and mental clarity. Also, I had less bloating. The fact that it doesn't contain fillers is also a plus. Thumbs up from me! I will give a follow up review in a few months to see if i still like it.
