As a long-time Motown fan, I looked forward to receiving this Life edition hoping that I'd at least see some pictures I hadn't seen before or learn a few new facts about the performers or recordings. Wasn't to be. However, if you're a casual fan of Motown music and its top tier star performers, you'll find it interesting I'm sure. Sure would have liked seeing more about Kim Weston, Edwin Starr, The Velvelettes, Brenda Holloway, The Marvelettes, etc.

Loved the photos and the detailed information. Highly recommend to anyone in love with Motown!

Excellent full of great photos and memories

This is a paperback that's more like a supplement from a Sunday newspaper rather than a book. Don't get me wrong, the photos featured are great but as a book it is vastly overpriced.
