Keep the water out of your throat stoma
This has been a lot of help for me. I am a Laryngectomy Patient. Use it when washing hair in the shower. However, it can still get into the stoma, so been putting a folded wash cloth behind my neck BEFORE putting on this item and had no water get into my stoma.

I believe I have tried all the stoma shower protectors and this is the best product for myself.
It doesn’t fall off and let you feel like your going to drown before you can get the water turned off!

Makes sense if you are in this situation.
Bought this for my Dad. Really made it better for him to shower and he really likes it. Would recommend it for anyone who needs it.

It serves its purpose, for the most part.
It arrived in a timely manner. It works well. I only gave it three stars though because it doesn't sit flush against my neck completely so my neck tie still gets wet. But I can use it to protect my trach when I was my face in the sink before bed.

Needs better Velcro tabs. Doesn't stay closed....for long.
Not sure how anyone with a tracheostomy does without one of these. Seemed very expensive but does seem to work well. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the Velcro isn't real good. I will have to replace the Velcro and I have only used it a half a dozen times.
