Class Act: A Coach/Student Romance

I think this is my favourite book so far by Gianni, I love Emmy so much! He is my new favourite character. I think Mandy’s character was written really well. I love how Abe was never bothered by the way Emery dressed or how he would act.

Emery was so incredibly sweet but life had been cruel giving him a horrible parent.Abe and Emery were beautiful together and they filled each other’s lives with unconditional love.I really enjoyed Abe and Emery’s story.

Gianni writes great books, and this one is no different. Lots of feels and a few tears with a lovely happy ending

So, you don't normally find cheating in romance novels, BUT, I've taken this as one more real life situation creeping in. The Afterword from Gianni is very personal, so bravo for building this into your story and then being brave enough to talk to us about it. Emery was an adorable character and Abe is a bit more of a dirty beast than you'd originally think. The epilogue was darling. A lot of good feels stuff which is offset by the angst throughout - this certainly keeps you on your toes.I received an ARC for an honest and voluntary review.

When I read the blurb for class act I was drawn in while I don’t normally like books with cheating in them. I give this a go. Man am I happy that I did. This is my Facebook by Gianni but I doubt it will be my last.Yes, this book has cheating, but it also has troops. I love, age, gap, student/teacher and best friends, dad. I honestly found Abe and Emery’s love to be beautiful and very special.Abe is married, but from the beginning you know he isn’t happier. His emotional needs are clearly not met and he is often pushed to one side in favour of his wife’s job. You definitely see why he no longer feels appreciated in his marriage.Emery is so much more than his outer image, and his background broke my heart. Once he’s hit his sights on Abe. There’s no changing his mind. while the relationship doesn’t start in the best of ways. It is quite clear that these two men are made for each other.I honestly couldn’t put this down, I love them both so much and they will have a place in my heart for a long time to come

This is a beautiful story of true love and the obstacles some need to overcome to get their HEA. There was quite a bit of drama and angst in Ave and Emery’s story but it never felt like too much, just realistic for the situation and all parties involved. I appreciate the foreword as I probably wouldn’t have read this one without it but I’m so glad I did as it was well worth it and I felt like every character’s feelings and emotions were handled with the care they deserved.

Loved this. I’m not really one for books with cheating but because I’m a huge gianni holmes fan I thought I’d give it a try and I wasn’t disappointed. I think the fact that divorce was in the air so it’s wasn’t as though a huge happy family was being torn apart for the new boy toy made it less problematic. Even though we have up and down moments I found it quite a low angst read and would definitely recommend

Omg normally I don't like book where someone cheats but I was hooked from start to finish. Poor Emery I just wanted to cuddle him after everything he has to go through
