Helped to lower blood pressure
Has helped lower my high blood pressure. Taste not the best, but tolerable. But if you have to, hold your nose, drink it and chase it with something else. (Something healthy, but a taste you like)

Like the product. Started skimping amount in containers big time tho.
Been ordering this for quite a while in a two pack. Last order I got when I opened both containers they were only HALF FULL of powder if that. Used to be about 3/4 full. Not pleased paying the same amount for half the product anymore. Poor form Force Factor!
