Can this be attached to the joby pole kit

This can be attached to anything with a standard 1/4" screw, like all tripods and the like. It works very well too.

Can I take the phone stand off the actual tripod, so I could mount a camera as well as my phone?

Yes you can. Also use this stand for my GoPro with a regular screw attachment and will be able to attach any camera as well :)

What size gorillapod does this phone stand come with?

There are two options here, Mount Pro (connector only), and GorillaPod Stand Pro. If you go with the Mount Pro, then there is no GorillaPod. If you go for GorillaPod Stand Pro, you get a GorillaPod that seems similar to the 326, which I believe holds 0.5KG. But I am afraid I am guessing at that spec. I personally would by the Mount Pro only, and buy the stand separately so you know EXACTLY what you are getting. It will be a few ££ more expensive, but that is the price of piece of mind.
