I bought the Ergonomic Pillow booster and have been really impressed with the support it offers. To be honest I was a little underwhelmed when I took it out of the box as the design is a little basic, but once you use it everything makes sense. The fact that it can be used with all existing bedding is great as it means I didn’t need to throw out my favourite pillows. The main plus point however is the additional support you get, be it from the neck bar when on your back or the side section when on your side – no matter how I was lying I felt better supported and it definitely improved my comfort through the night. Would highly recommend.

Haven't seen or felt the benefits of this pillow. It's like once I move my head why would I be able to position myself where the groove or raises are. At least not in my sleep. Tried putting both a thicker and thinner second pillow on top but it made no difference in feeling the benefits. Not for everyone I guess.

With the amount of pillows that I have bought over the years that I've rejected and stored by the side of my bed, I could do a re-enactment of, 'The Princess Head on a Pea.' Finally, with this Ergonomic Pillow Booster, I think I may have found The One!I have a long history of back and neck injuries and surgeries and am a side and back sleeper. The morning after I had tried this one out, it was after my recent frenzy of pillow buying and endless disappointments, so when I woke up and realised I could move my neck for the first time in weeks, I was in disbelief!My neck the day before was so bad that I couldn't move it in any direction, so to have this transformation over night was almost miraculous and very exciting!The reason for four stars and not five is that I feel that the flat middle section is slightly too narrow, as the bulk of the top pillow makes it even narrower, so my face feels a bit squashed and it does wake me up sometimes. So I am going to open up the case and cut some of the foam off to make the middle section wider so that all three sections are in exact thirds. I also may make a little dell on the side bits for my head to sink in lower, so my neck is perfectly aligned.I put my flat feather pillow on top and it makes it very comfortable. The foam is a good middle ground feeling of not bouncy and not sinking in (like Tempur) so you can move your head around easily.

I've spent years looking for the right pillow as one is too low and two are two high so this booster looked like the answer to my problem. However it was not to be! It consists are two thin pads joined together by a thin unpadded piece of fabric and your own choice of pillow is placed on top. For me, what happens is that my head sits in the middle low empty bit and the two pads are either side of my head. As a side sleeper, I don't move from one end of the pillow to the other, I simply face left or right so the pads are of no use. I'm afraid it will be returned to Amazon and it's back to the drawing board for me.

I bought this pillow to replace a curved pillow, unfortunately it is not fit for purpose. It does not give enough support it is too tin and flimsy to give real benefit. the central support section is particularly poor as it offers no extra support under another pillow. Also it is poorly made. Not impressed. I kept it hoping it would start to help, instead my neck pain is worse.

This is great product ,I bought £1200 mattress which made my back neck worse then my old one.I then understood it was my own pillows that might be causing the problem.I think the people who didn't get on with it where probably using a pillow to high and thick.The best pillow to use with the ergonomic booster is a 8 cm foam pillow goes perfect.So glad didn't opt for the foam topper ,No more back or neck pain,hope it works for you all god bless.

A good product which helps my neck. I'm not sure whether it is better than just a thin extra pillow.

So far so good I am impressed. At last a much improved night's sleep.
