How can these be a healthy multivitamin when they contain 10 (ten) e numbers?

E numbers are not unhealthy, they are just codes used to refer to ingredients. E300 is Vitamin C. Most multivitamins would include this, so by avoiding all products with E numbers you are going to be avoiding all multivitamins, and avoid plenty of natural products as well such as oranges. Also good luck surviving without E948, also known as Oxygen.

Is this suitable for vegetarians?

No, it has gelatine in it. You can check it in the ingredients list. It also says on the centrum website: Centrum multivitamins marketed in Europe contain vitamins derived from pig gelatine (pigs are not Halal). Please note that Centrum multivitamins marketed in the Middle East are specifically formulated to be 100% porcine free, in line with local Middle East Board of Health requirements.

Is Centrum suitable for vegetarians

Unfortunately, the answer is no. The Centrum website says, "Some of the ingredients are derived from animal products. It can be difficult to obtain vitamin and mineral preparations, which are guaranteed to be completely vegetarian."
