Stones/gems a bit flimsy

I bought these for a lighting project to surround some LEDs, so I needed the light to shine through them. Of course, they are half gems with a mirrored silver backing, so totally useless for my project. Still the missus loved them and offered to buy them from me, but whether I'll ever see the money remains to be seen :)

I bought 2 packs before and been happy with perches. This time it was not the same to many small and color similar.

Going 2 star because 2.5 didn't seem to be an option. Good amount of gems, but: half of them were so scratched that they didn't exactle 'sparkle' like the rest. Looked and felt like they'd been over sandpaper. When you scratch plastic, it goes opaque, so the bigger gems are visibly scratched from a fair distance. Not impressed - I'll let the little one use them for her Art when she's older, but my 6 yo knows enough to see these things are sub-par. Writing this as I sort through every. single. Gem, trying to find ones that are untarnished. No wonder they are so cheap.

Yes, these are fine. Remember as others have said that these are half-gems, i.e. one half looks like a gem, and the other size is flat and mirrored (probably designed for sticking onto card or whatever). So if you want these to look like real gems, then you have to match them up in pairs and glue them together. There were no scratches on the ones I received.

Fantastic, used for crafts and have lasted ages, would reccomend
