Is the honey unpasteurised?

Comvita honey is not pasteurised, that is not boiled. The honey is gently heated enough to allow it to flow through the filters, screening out particles of beeswax, pollen and propolis. It is then creamed to the correct consistency before being put into jars. I hope this answers your question. Thanks
