It works!
I bought this last year and haven't used it until yesterday. Back up a day: I saw a huge, fast spider in my house 2 nights ago, running along the floor board. As usual, I was ill-equiped to deal with it (forgot about the spray, too!) meaning no shoes, no paper towels, nothing to try to corral the fast moving bugger!... It scurried behind the couch my husband was dozing on. I said nothing then or later, not wanting to freak him out. That spider has been on my mind ever since, and yesterday when I was in my kitchen, I saw the kitties alert to something moving on the floor. I had my spider blast spray under the kitchen sink, grabbed it.. shoed off the kitties and sprayed. I ended up coating under the door and part of a cabinet, but got the spider! He was disabled long enough for me to grab a tissue and dispose of him in the toilet, where all wayward bugs (that I can't safely rescue and put outside), go... I then wiped down the spots with the spray, with a wet paper towel and within an hour the menthol smell was gone. I appreciate that this spray is ok to use around kids and pets. That means everything. No caustic chemicals, a nice scent (albeit very strong at first) and a nice range of spray.. All good. I will keep a can on hand at all times going forward.

Effective, but I wouldn't use it inside
I really like using this spray around our front door. We don't keep our front light on at night, but for some reason it is crawling with spiders. I initially just wanted to use this spray as a spider repellant, but I ended up killing the existing spiders. The small ones die almost instantly, but the large ones may linger for a few. I think the spray continues to repel for a week or two before I have to go out and spray again. However, I don't think I would ever use this spray indoors. It's just too oily and I worry that it could potentially stain the inside walls. My other complaint is the spray nozzle. "Blaster" is not an exaggeration. There is no way to spray "just a little" and so much comes out when you spray that I would worry about it going everywhere if I used it inside.Overall, I'll continue to use it outside. I like the smell, I like that it is pet-safe, and it's effective.

Disappointed
So I bought this spray again hoping the 1st time it stopped spraying was a fluke. But, yet again, I get half way thru the can and it stops spraying. These cans aren't necessarily cheap and I'd love to keep my home as chemical free as possible. But I will no longer support this brand til they fix this issue. Half of the can of spray is going unused. And I've wasted money. Very upset by this!!! You people should return my money!!!

Love this product
I love this stuff! I recently had a hornets nest under the kids slide.. I didn’t want to use harsh chemicals on the kids play set, so I decided to try this! The spray is thick and shoots out far.. only problem is I went through a whole can quickly because I just kept spraying!! I’m not sure if it would actually kill the hornets, but they were all in grass and looked to be dying... I did spray them with soap/vinegar water to finish them off just Incase.. I didn’t want to take chances of them retaliating my kids! As for spiders, I did spray garage before with this and it worked successfully for awhile, but with all things.. it only lasts so long before a reapplication is needed. I highly recommend because of the ease of use and I love the smell! ThanksP.S. I would not recommend in house.. to strong of order that doesn’t go away quickly at all. But perfect for garage, shed, porch, or any other area that is well vented.

This stuff is my go-to spider problem solver.
Living in an old, drafty house, I have spider-issues all year long. I once found this product at a local store's clearance rack and gave it a go- it worked great, and took me nearly a year to exhaust the can. When I spent the last of it, I was glad to find an Amazon seller who could provide more (the spiders were not as happy).Pros:10' stream (if you hold the button down hard enough)Effective (sometimes requires a second hit, if it's a big/hearty target), does penetrate webbing as it claimsEco-friendly, safe around pets/childrenDoesn't smell like chemicals (shaken properly smells like rosemary; not shaken enough smells like wintergreen)Must twist cap to reveal spray nozzle/prevents accidental dischargeCons:My wife complains the essential oil smell is too potent (it does mellow after a while though)Wintergreen oil is a member of the mint family and may attract cats (in a catnip sort of way), although the product is supposed to safe around animals, you still shouldn't let them eat it (essential oils are not OK for cats to ingest); so if you're spraying in a cat-accessible area, you should clean up afterwards

DO NOT USE INDOORS, EVEN ATTIC OR BASEMENT...TOO STRONG SMELLING! WORKS, BUT CAUTION!
Use only outside near windows, basement window openings, etc., the smell is too strong. I used in our 90% unfinished basement by a window and the smell was so overpowering, the forced hot air gas furnace permeated the smell through our ductwork to every room in the house. The small section of the basement that is finished and used for an office& laundry area on the other side of the basement/house were unusable for days. We had to be temporarily set up an office in another part of the house for a few days due to the strong mint vapors causing watery eyes& burning lungs. I never looked at reviews because I love the company's other products. The sprayer was clogged at 1st use or didn't spray nice & globs went every where. Had to use a gas mask to wipe off areas sprayed(only one window) the following day to try &neutralize the odors permeating throughout the entire house and we were worried about our dog too. The labeling seemed to imply not to use on indoor areas because it could cause staining, not that the odor would be too strong to live with. I do love the rosemary/mint spell in their other bug sprays for humans& pets, but this one needs improvement on labeling& nozzle. If your garage or shed are not attached to the house, then maybe I would suggest using indoors for those locations, but use only outdoors near your main home's trouble areas...never indoors anywhere, finished or unfinished!
