Good Quality
There are many saws of this type on te market, but they tend to be poor quality and either fall apart or rip your model to pieces. Tamiya is a name you can trust so I plumped for this one. The saw blades are quite thick, so these are no good for real precision work; having said, we're only talking a millimetre so it works for most applications. It was sharp, effective and cut through resins, soft woods and plastics with no issues at all.this is a must have for any modeller that likes to create conversions

The saw you never knew you needed
Picked this up to help me remove parts of plastic Warhammer models during magnetisationIt’s incredibly sharp! It saws through plastic and resin like it’s butter. Absolutely brilliant tool.My only comment would be that the nature of the tool and blades means they’re a little “floppy” because they’re so thin, but once you’ve used it once or twice (so practice first) you’ll get the hang of it.

Another Nice Tamiya Tool
Marked down a star because the handle is plastic. The blades are what matters and they are very fine blades, perfect for making clean cuts in plastic model kits.

Usual tamiya quality.
Blades are a nice thickness so don't flex all over the place. Ideal for separating resin parts from there moulding mounts. Meant for modelling only.

Better than expected.
The small saws work well with due patience. Have already used them to begin modifications to a 1:72 model.

Great for miniatures
Ideal for warhammer 40k, can use to cut parts from sprue as well as cutting weapon parts from limbs for kit bashing and more. Remember to cut carefully as it goes through the plastic quite easily, you don't want to cut your fingers with this. Also the dust which forms, wear a proper mask or have a vacuum cleaner on hand to deal with it

A nice little tool
Good quality tool, with two blades. Very sharp and accurate, but larger blade is prone to bending and distortion at certain angles.
