FAKE! Do not buy
The product is FAKE. Don’t buy it. If you look at images on the website you can see that this is not the same as the original packaging. I haven’t even bothered to put it on my lips, because I have no idea what chemicals might be in it

RUINED MY LIPS. DO NOT BUY - FAKE!!!!!!
his was supposed to make my dry lips softer overnight. I did my research and wanted to buy Laneige because this was the No.1 lip mask. I bought this product from amazon because this wasn’t readily available in the UK and Amazon was my best option. I checked the reviews which seems decent. I used this product for only 3 nights and ended up with burnt lips. My lips were swelled up when I woke up, extremely itchy, stinging, dry and flaky I have attached a picture which shows clearly how my lips looked in the morning. This has never happened to me before. It’s been weeks and I am still suffering from itchy and stingy lips.

It works, but needs time!!
As someone who was born and raised in a tropical country, moving to Scotland was a big change to me and... my lips. My lips has always been dried, no matter how much water I take per day. It got worse after I moved. My lips keeps peeling and chapped, even though I have put on quite an extra amount of lip balm, from drug store to high end qualities. I have heard about this lip mask for a while and decided to give it a shot. It did not give me the wow factor like from many reviews I saw on Youtube. The morning I woke up from my first use, my lips still felt chapped and dry, with dead skin on my mouth. I did not expect much so I kept using this and after the 4th application, I could see the improvement. My lips looks less dull, fewer lines and dead skins, and feels softer too (I attached the images for comparision and I was surprised). So I think this works for me, but this is not a magical product that can change your lips after one night. It takes time to work, and I like that better than products work over 1 night. I will keep using and will repurchase when I am finish with this jar.PROS:_The product arrived promtly and seemed like the official product._The included spatula helps with the application and hygiene a lot_The price may be a little bit high but the amount of product will take you months to finish, so if you divide into months, it may cost as much as one drug store's lip balm per month._Did not cause me any allergic reactionCONS:_The application might take time a little bit

DANGEROUS FAKE COPY - Caused damage to my skin
I enjoyed using it the first few nights, then I Started getting really dry, flaky and uncomfortable skin around the sides of my mouth, I don’t usually have sensitive skin, so I was a bit confused.After researching this product it appears to be completely FAKE, the packaging is completely different and the ingredients aren’t listed.Please be extremely careful and do NOT buy this product

Better lips in 2 nights
My lips have always been dry and peeling, which would get worse in the winter. No amount of lip balms or moisturisers would help. Lip tints would stain in a nightmarish fashion and liquid lipsticks would peel off unevenly within the hour.Within 2 nights of wearing this mask, my lips have been completely changed. They look even, fresh and smooth. I get longer wear and a better finish from my lipsticks. And my lips are not peeling. I no longer need to wear lipsticks to cover up my lips, they look pretty just with lip balm or a simple lip tint. I’m impressed. Thought this was just a hyped up Vaseline, but I was so wrong.

Amazing
After the first use I could tell this product was working, I have always had dry cracked lips and couldn’t wear lipstick without it making it far more noticeable, I tried so many thing before this, lip scrubs, heavily applying Vaseline, gel lip masks. None of them worked for me at all. but even after one night I could feel the difference in this. It’s been a week now and I use it every night, I would highly recomended to anyone with dry lips

Leaves your lips so soft!
Intensely moisturising and immediately softening! I use this in the mornings as well as in the evenings, and have been very impressed. My lips feel plump and incredibly soft and smooth. It's the perfect preparation for wearing drying liquid lipstick during the day, or just for winter weather. The little envelope for the applicator is fiddly, and picks up dust constantly, but the shape of the applicator is very good for applying the product. There is a slight artificial strawberry smell, which reminds me of a kid's lipbalm or gloss, but I can't smell it once it's on my lips. It's a bit sticky when first applied, and remains quite sticky for a balm, but not unpleasantly so. Plenty of product so this will last me a very long time!
