I have been buying this particular replacement strap for a while with no issues, but today my new(ish) strap broke in an unusual place and that prompted me to write a review. I bought my first one of these a few years ago now, and was a little dubious, but it connects to the fitbuit perfectly and securely, and is as comfortable as the original. It wasn't the cheapest replacement but, having tried it out, I was happy and so have not felt the need to buy an alternative. I am sure these are not as robust as the original strap, but I can't find a genuine one for a price worth paying. After a while (2-3 months) they do start to wear out, either around the holes, or where they join the Fitbit. I wear it virtually all the time so i'm quite happy with their durability. So in terms of comfort, quality and vlaue for money I cannot fault them. I tend to buy them in advance so I have a replacement handy when one wears out. However, my latest one has broken in a wierd place, and given the quality of all previous straps it must be a fault in this particular one (i'll update if it starts to happen more regularly). I have only been using it for a couple of weeks and usually they last at least a couple of months. I looked at the order and it is outside Amazon's returns window, so I had to go around the houses to 'chat' to an actual person. After a brief conversation, I was offered a refund - and the helpful Amazon rep confirmed that this refund was from Amazon rather than the seller (Thanks Amazon). So all in all I am still very happy with this product and am happy to give it 5 stars. So buy with confidence!

Almost identical to the original. Simple to fit. Feels nice and secure. Great price too.

I replaced the strap when I put it on my wrist after half an hour the strap broke. then i had to order again . that was the waste of money. I would not buy from there again.
