Does it have a handle?

Yes, the handle is in the middle to make lifting easier. It is quite heavy, but I manage it ok. The benefit of the weight is that the table is very sturdy when in use.

Could this tables support a pan that when full weighed 65kg? Yes, it's very big!

The description said the steel tube supports take 140 kg, the wording of that leads me to think the center of the table would not.

Is this table suitable to be left outside s a garden table year round? Or would it need covering or put away to prevent damage? Thanks.

i would suggest that as it folds flat and is of minimal weight and to keep it in good condition to store inside either in a shed or inside your house . it takes less than 2 mins to assemble. if left outside the metalwork could get weather damage.
