Great tasting - and good for you!
Read other favourable reviews before purchasing and they weren't wrong.Was looking for healthy additive to my breakfast cereal and this is great.The apple & cinnamon add sweetness without having to add any further sugar, and I have noticed I feel fuller for longer. (Without feeling bloated).The powder absorbs easily when mixed with milk, or yoghurt and not 'grainy' at all. Perfect with granola, or weetabix!Would recommend.

Fails taste test
Almost everything is good about this product, but I could detect neither apple nor cinnamon flavour which was the original reason for my choice.The texture and nutty flavour of the seeds is great, however, as is the earth friendly packaging.

Nutritional Top-Up!!
This makes a lovely topping for muesli, porride and smoothes. The cinnamon is a lovely addition as it gives a subtle layer of flavour without being too overpowering. It's an easy way to add the benefits of flaxseed and chia to your diet that might otherwise be difficult. The flaxseeds help with constipation so that's another bonus. There are other combinations in the range so you'll never get bored!!

Yummy and Healthy in the Same Spoon
I put a good helping of this into my morning porridge, adding a fruity, cinnamon tang to an otherwise bland breakfast food. The flax and chia are also great foods for reducing cholesterol so it is a super-healthy supplement too.

Full on cinnamon, too much!
This is full on, in your face cinnamon. If that's what you want, great, but was not what I was expecting. I wanted this for a topping to yoghurt, for smoothie etc, but can't use it for thst, as it completely overpowers everything else. You can't tell there is any Apple or other seeds in there. Suggested serving size is 30g, but even at 5g, it was All I could taste. So I would not buy again for that. But I do make cinnamon raisin bread, and I've been switching this in for pure cinnamon, and that works well.
