Returned first Rotating Display Stand within thirty minutes of delivery. First attempt at using the item it revolved for half a revolution then stopped. Smoke started bellowing from AC Adaptor, then a loud `Pop` disabled the unit permanently. Received a second unit within 24 hours (great service by Amazon) and to date it is working as expected, although I would never leave the Power Supply on and unattended. The Rotating Display stand is very good, no stuttering on the clockwise movement but very slight stuttering at commencement of anti-clockwise movement. Hopefully this will be eliminated once the unit has been `run-in`. Yes there is an audible noise but it's not as loud as I expected (after all it is motorized) The remote control is very responsive and together with the main unit makes it very capable for photographic and video display. Anyway, for my purpose as a videographer it was worth the money. However, in terms of quality of the item, maybe it's a little overpriced.
