Better than expected quality
Super sharp well balanced knife. Wasn't sure what to expect for the price but I'm truly pleased. More than I expected.

It's light and comfortable
Professional chef for 15 years, I lost one of my chef knife recently and this was a quick replacement but I don't really recommend this for heavy prep or even cutting thru whole chickens. The blade edge was starting to bend first day use. My japanese knives dont even lose the edge that easily. Probably great for soft products. Blade is really thin and light. Besides that knife is comfortable. I do have Dalstrong shadow black crixus way stronger metal.

Bought as a gift
Gave this as a gift to my grandson. He is very happy with it. A nice knife, in very giftable packaging.
