I have purchased this ironing board cover before. It’s a good quality produce and does the job effectively

Delivered as stated.Quality padded material - the iron slides on it well.A bit fiddly to fit and pull tight - does the job though.Note: Think it could do with additional elasticated clips/straps underneath ironing board to keep sides taunt and stop the cover from pulling off.

great, not super easy to install

No instructions , not elasticated . There is a bit of string that runs the length of the cover . One side is attached and you pull the other one tight to sinch in the cover to the board.. other than that , it works well and is value for money..

I've used this sort of ironing board cover for years. Bought a new ironing board and ordered this cover. Absolute nightmare to fit. The cord you pull was in fact string. It hurt my hands to pull it. Wasn't a snug fit at all. Yes I ordered the right size. I've now ordered some clips to hold it in place. Very Disappointed as Minky stuck a good name.

Purchased this cover as it was the only one that I could find with the measures given on the bottom of my 40 year old German ironing board, it would have fitted great however the string you pull to tighten around the board is not strong enough, it really needs to be doh or the thickness if not triple. It isn’t a thick pad but for the money that was ok and I cut my old pad down to fit underneath (you can buy extra pads especially for this purpose) I got around the string problem by ordering some ironing clips for £3.50 off eBay and they sold the problem. If I could have found the correct size I would have paid more.

When fitting the cord to fit to the ironing board broke. When comparing to the old version (same type) the cord looks to be half the thickness. Conclusion manufacturer has cut quality to a point when this product is no good. Let's hope it is improved. Good product made bad.
