Fab, gloopy soap, many uses, read below. The mystery of how to thicken it enough for soap dispensers is solved ...
I am so happy with this natural soap. Previously bought Dr Bronner's and this is so much cheaper. It is not only cheaper but gloopier, in a good way! I take a couple of tablespoons put in a few grinds of sea salt and mix it until it becomes a 'glob'. I then mix it to the required thickness with coconut milk and oil, you can use cooled boiled water, rose water or oil on it's own I suppose to enable you to keep it longer (never done this). I then add essential oils. It is silky smooth and thick, like commercial soap. Make it fresh and don't keep it too long if you use water or coconut milk, probably about 3 weeks or so (you can use it in the shower or as hand soap so it never lasts that long in my house anyway!) I put 1 part to 4 parts boiled water in a spray bottle with a few drops of teatree and lavender oil to clean everything. As it is oil based it shines up work surfaces and floors, but remember to buff it dry or it will be greasy. Clean your bath, sink and loo with a spray of this, a shake of bicarb, a rub with a damp cloth (and a loo brush and tooth brush for the loo). Rinse, spray with a mist of hydrogen peroxide to sanitise, dry off and hey presto, best cleaner ever with no nasty chemicals! One little thing is you have to add a few more drops of essential oil to cover the smell, it isn't horrible, its just olive oily. If you hadn't realised, I will be ordering again, and again, although this will last a good few months.

It's all it says on tin
This was delivered quickly, and without any problems. I have ordered this soap, as it is half the price, of the castile soaps I usually use. Ok, you have to fragrant it yourself, but I don't mind that, and I also don't mind the oily smell. It's a natural and organic product, which is the main reason of purchasing this product, and the price is also fair. It says on container, that it is ready to use, and if you wish, you can add your preferred fragrances. I didn't add any more water, just essential oils, for face, hand and body wash.I have had all sorts of ready mixed castile oil products, such as Dr Bronner and Dr Jacobs etc. Their liquids are also very watery, and also don't lather much. Add some salt, as this will thicken it. I don't get on with any castile oil soap on my hair, as they all poop my locks, must be too oily for my fine hair. I had also ordered some essential oils from same company, and when I had to call their customer services for advise, the lady was very helpful. I will definitely purchase this product again. This is how it's described on bottle:-A true liquid soap-Contains no surfacants (incase you don't know the meaning...foaming agents)-Vegetable origin-Has a clear pale yellow to gold colour-Requires only the addition of fragrance and colour (to me that's if you wish)Our Castile soap are fragrance frr, but can be fragranced with essential oils and THICKENED with TABLE SALT

Love it. Economically priced, so good value for money. It's versatile. I used it for cleansing the skin, general cleaning or as washing up liquid.

Helping with eczema
I spent a lot of time looking for a product I could use that looked safe before deciding to try this. Id recently started to react to my ecover washing up liquid and was at a loss what to use instead (unfortunately disposable gloves are not a solution for me either). Ive found this works fairly well for washing dishes and myself. My skin is tolerating washing up a bit better than it was.Its quite a big initial outlay for soap, but a little goes a long way... so value for money isnt too bad.I put it in those foamer bottles; it foams well from them, but it doesnt make huges amounts of suds in a sink full of water. Its ok for washing hair too.

I've used it with a 'foam' pump dispenser (also from Amazon) and its brilliant. That said
It does exactly what it says on the tin.I wanted to make my own natural liquid soap and had used the Castile before. This time I've saved quite bit by buying in bulk. After all, we all need soap don't we? I've used it with a 'foam' pump dispenser (also from Amazon) and its brilliant. That said, I'd recommend diluting it as you only need a tiny amount. Also, if you are using essential oils with it, use fresh ones. That way you use less and the soap isn't as oily. All in all a great - and effective - natural product.

Changed my poor brittle hair in a matter of weeks!
Really like this product. Actually stumbled across this product but thought after reading good reviews I’d give it a try. Have to say I’m absolutely a convert. I have poor, fine hair. I’d pretty much given up on any improvement but after a few weeks, I have to say, things are changing. I use it in the bath or shower as an all over hair and body wash. My skin and hair is definitely better moisturised but most noticeable is the volume of my hair. It looks and feels so much thicker. I’ve tried a million costly products over the years with no effect. Finally feel like I’m getting somewhere and I’m chuffed. It’s going to be a constant in my house going forwards. Can’t fault it.
