The function of this heating pad is really nice! It seems very durability and the thickness is nice and soft and unlike my old one the inside mechanism doesn't move around. The setting have a nice balance or control options to help with the right temp you need to relieve and relax your body with the size being able to be all along your back.

Love this heating pad cause it is very flexible and soft. I can use it on my neck or shoulder easily. Most heating pads or very stiff and difficult to lay effectively on my shoulder. Highly recommend!

I received this heating pad as a Christmas gift. I do like how large it is so it covers my entire back. I work at a computer all day and need to take breaks and put heat on my back. I haven't figured out the heat timing just yet, as it turns off quickly; but when it is on it feels great.

Heats up really fast. Love the soft fabric. Control is easy to operate. The size is just right to cover the area needing the heat. I wish it would stay on longer before it turns off, otherwise it would be 5 stars. It is worth the price.
